This established UK North East based developer has a long history of offering and successfully completing short term Loan Note based investments and Castle Investment Group have worked closely with the investment provider for over 5 years.

The investment provider is focused on development projects in both the build to rent and residential property sectors and the Directors plan to raise 100m GBP from the issue of the 7 year bond.

The 7 year Loan Note investment carries a unique combination of term flexibility (1 – 7 years), high fixed coupon (12% annually) and structured increasing annual bonuses.

The Investment provider plans to drive the value of the business to 1 billion GBP within the next 7 years.
