This fantastic Hotel & Resort development in France is partially complete with a marquee Hotel being operated by an internationally renowned Hotel group.

The investment provider is in the early stages of developing a large number of holiday homes in the grounds of the Hotel, along with a golf course and leisure facilities.

The Loan Note investment funds are required to reach foundation / pre-set stages, whereupon full build finance will be released to the investment provider.
